Jewish life

Life Cycle Events - B-Mitzvah

Becoming a B-mitzvah is an important rite of passage in our Jewish tradition allowing our children to grow into their Jewish selves establishing connections that will last a lifetime. Temple Beth Abraham clergy and teachers are excited to help families navigate this awesome life milestone. We guide our young teens through the journey, with enthusiasm, support, and sensitivity. Focusing on the important aspects of what it means to become a Jewish adult, we recognize and appreciate the common challenges and work to inspire everyone. We help our young people prepare to lead services, engage in a social justice project, and develop their own Jewish identities.
